Last updated: 2026-06-17

Welcome to Null Lab Media. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nulllab.media (the "Site") and the purchase or download of any digital products offered by Null Lab Media ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or downloading any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Null Lab Media is a digital audio products business operated by Sergio Rafael de la Garza Palacios, based in Monterrey, Mexico. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Our products

Null Lab Media sells and distributes digital audio products, including but not limited to sample packs, synthesizer and effects presets, and project or sequencer templates (collectively, "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

3. Payments and order processing

Payments for paid Products are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms and policies. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

4. License to use the Products

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, when you obtain a Product (whether free or paid), we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the sounds, presets, or templates contained in that Product in your own musical and audio productions, both commercial and non-commercial, without any obligation to credit Null Lab Media.

You may:

  • Use the sounds in your own music, productions, performances, and recordings.
  • Use them in commercial releases without paying royalties or fees.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, license, share, or give away the sounds, presets, or templates on their own, whether modified or unmodified.
  • Include the sounds, presets, or templates — on their own or as a meaningful component — in any other sample library, preset pack, construction kit, or competing product.
  • Claim authorship of, or register any rights in, the Products themselves.

The Products and all intellectual property rights in them remain the property of Null Lab Media. You are licensed to use them, not to own them.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its normal operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Free products and email list

We may offer free Products in exchange for subscribing to our email list. By subscribing, you consent to receive emails from us, including the free Product and occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our email is managed through a third-party provider (Kit). See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any Product will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for ensuring a Product suits your needs before purchase; previews and descriptions are provided to help you decide.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Null Lab Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the Products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product.

9. Changes to these Terms
