Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by Null Lab Media at nulllab.media.

1. All sales are generally final

Our products are digital goods delivered as instant downloads. Because these files can be downloaded and copied immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Please review the product description, specifications, and any available previews before completing your purchase to make sure the product is right for you.

2. Exceptions — when we will issue a refund

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund or replacement in cases such as:

  • The file is corrupted or will not download, and we are unable to resolve the issue for you.
  • The product is substantially different from what was described on the product page.
  • You were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same product).

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number and a description of the problem. We'll work with you to fix the issue or process a refund.

3. What is not covered

Refunds are generally not available for reasons such as:

  • Changing your mind after downloading.
  • Buying the wrong product by mistake (though we're happy to help where we can).
  • Lack of compatibility with your setup when system requirements were stated on the product page.
  • Already having downloaded and used the product without a technical fault.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Lemon Squeezy may also apply its own buyer-protection policies independently of this policy.
